SIP Ambassador end of 2018 Newsletter – Let’s celebrate the year!

Hello SIP Ambassadors and welcome to our last newsletter of 2018. This year has really flown by and I cannot believe it's December already! Nearly time to put up the office Christmas tree and decorations! I hope you are all looking forward to the holiday season.

A huge thank you from me for all your support in 2018, and for logging your activities so that we can see what you have achieved. Early in the New Year we will be sending out SIP Ambassador Awards in recognition of delivery and to celebrate your fantastic outreach work. Hopefully you have input all of your activities for the year, but if not there is still a couple of weeks to do so here:

Record your activities

Here are a couple of events currently advertised on our SIP Ambassador board, from across the country. There are several there for next year too so please check them out.

Prospect School, Reading - Careers Evening - 13th December 2018

They have students with a diverse range of abilities and aspirations. It would mean so much to them if you were able to send a representative from your sector.

This year’s event is taking place on Thursday, 13th December from 6pm to 8pm. Participants are able to set up from 5pm, with help on hand to carry materials etc.

This event is very well attended by students and parents and is open to students in Years 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13. This year’s students are next year’s employees.
