Government announces reforms to Apprenticeship Levy and announces consultation

In the October budget, the government announced a “package of reforms” around apprenticeships. The Department for Education (DfE) has published guidance which sets out how government will support Skills Advisory Panels, and its expectations as to their role, structure and governance.
