This newsletter is dedicated to our key events this fall. At the moment we are in the process of planning PhD Career Day, our annual event where companies and young researchers meet and network. However, we also have a range of other exiting events focusing on how to strengthen your professional profile for a job outside academia.

PhD Career Day is open for PhDs and junior researchers from all faculties at Aarhus University with the aim of providing an overview of non-academic career possibilities for PhD students and junior researchers as well as introducing the companies to the talents at Aarhus University.

CV Webinar 

November 26
This introductory webinar will give you a basic understanding about how to work with your CV as a researcher. We recommend that you join our CV Writing Workshop in December too, if you want to expand your CV writing skills further by working with your CV in interaction with others.

CV Writing Workshop

December 11
In this workshop you will be working on your own CV for jobs in the private or public sector. We will work with the structure and content of your CV; you will write a profile description and translate your academic skills into language that can be understood outside of academia. We recommend that you participate in our CV Webinar in November prior to the workshop to get a general introduction to CV writing in the private and public sector.
