Due to the five-day Sacrifice holiday, all official institutions and banks in Turkey will be closed from 19 to 23 July 2021.
Some ports may be closed for this holiday and/or the fees for official services (pilotage, towage, mooring, customs) increased by 50%.
Pilotage cost will be increased by 50% for Turkish Straits transits.
Vessel owners are urged to check prior calling any Turkish Port on this holiday, and to make arrangements for crew change, spares delivery, provision, etc. in advance to save money and time.
GAC Turkey will be on duty during the holiday.
