New visa guarantor regulation

22 Sep 2021 / Indonesia

From today (22 September), Indonesia has introduced a new regulation for visa guarantors.

The guarantor of a visa will be subject to five days’ imprisonment if the person granted the visa commits any wrongful act during their stay in Indonesia. In the event of any wrongful activity by the visa holder, the client/principal will be solely responsible for all related costs as applied by authorities and incurred at our end in handling the matter.
