The U.S. Customs and Border Protection is adjusting certain customs user fees and corresponding limitations established by the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) for the Fiscal Year 2022.
The adjusted amounts of customs COBRA user fees and their corresponding limitations for Fiscal Year 2022 as adjusted by 11.009% set forth below are required as of October 1, 2021.
