Testing/quarantine for arrivals from Green & Yellow list countries

Effective 8 October 2021, all arriving international passengers from “Green” and “Yellow” countries, territories, and jurisdictions shall observe the following:

For fully vaccinated individuals, guests need to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative RT-PCR test on the 5th day. After which, they shall be required to undergo home quarantine until their 10th day, with the day of arrival being the first day. Returning overseas Filipinos including foreign nationals shall be required to secure their own pre-booked accommodation of at least 6 days.

Unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, or individuals whose vaccination status cannot be independently verified/confirmed by Philippine authorities as valid and authentic coming from either “Green” or “Yellow” List countries/territories/jurisdictions, shall be required to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative RT-PCR testing taken on the 7th day. After which, they shall be required to undergo home quarantine until their 14th day, with the day of arrival being the first day. Returning overseas Filipinos including foreign nationals shall be required to secure their own pre-booked accommodation of at least 8 days…

…For purposes of verification/confirmation of vaccination status, any of the following shall be acceptable proof of vaccination to qualify for the shortened quarantine period:

  • Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW)
    a. Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) certificate or POLO stamp on the vaccination certificate
    b. VaxCertPH

  • 𝗡on-𝗢𝗙𝗪 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙oreign Nationals (those vaccinated outside of the Philippines)
    a. International Certificate of Vaccination
    b. Verifiable vaccination QR Code (if included in the countries with reciprocity agreement)

  • 𝗡on-𝗢𝗙𝗪 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙oreign Nationals (those vaccinated in the Philippines)
    a. VaxCertPH
    b. International Certificate of Vaccination
