Updated testing & quarantine requirements

The list of countries under the “Green”, “Yellow” and “Red” categories and corresponding health and quarantine requirements have been updated for the period 16-31 October.

FULLY VACCINATED PASSENGERS

  • Foreign nationals:
    * Negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to departure from country of origin
    * No facility-based quarantine required on arrival but 14 day self-monitoring for symptoms is encouraged.
  • Filipinos
    * Facility-based quarantine until release of negative RT-PCR test
    OR
    * No facility-based quarantine but shall require:
    - i. Negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to departure from country of origin, and
    - ii. 14 day self-monitoring for symptoms.

UNVACCINATED, PARTIALLY VACCINATED OR THOSE WHO VACCINATION STATUS CANNOT BE VALIDATED, AND VACCINATED WHO FAIL TO COMPLY WITH TEST-BEFORE-TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Foreign nationals:
    * Pre-booked facility/quarantine accommodation for at least 6 days
  • Filipinos
    * Facility-based quarantine until release of negative RT-PCR test on the 5th day
    * Quarantine requirements shall correspond with vaccination status
    * Parent/guardian to accompany minor until completion of facility-based quarantine
