Abu Dhabi Maritime recorded a record number of violations against some private boats and yachts engaging in “commercial” activities while they are registered and licensed under the “pleasure” category, in violation of applicable laws, regulations and licensing requirements.
All owners of marine crafts licensed as “pleasure” boats must abide by the type of activity stipulated in the marine craft’s license and to fully comply withy the applicable regulations and requirements in this regard and to immediately stop such activities in order to avoid being subject to the penalties arising therefrom.
