Abu Dhabi Marine No Objection Certificates (NOCs) are compulsory and are pre-requisites for any maritime infrastructure projects in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Such projects include, but are not limited to; quay walls, floating structures, ramps and slipways, breakwaters, edge treatments, beaches, dredging, reclamation and any other marine related works.
Public and private entities seeking permits and approvals for these projects within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi must obtain NOCs from Abu Dhabi Maritime through Municipal Approvals Services Platform which can be accessed using the following website https://noc.dmt.gov.ae
Abu Dhabi Maritime is pleased to engage with developers, consultants, and contractors at the early stages of the project to avoid any delay in obtaining the required approvals.
