A rowing boat race will take place around Hong Kong Island on 21 November 2021 (Sunday). About 21 rowing boats are expected to participate in the race.
The rowing boats will start at staggered times between 0800 hours and 0900 hours outside the Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter, then follow a route around Hong Kong Island in a clockwise direction, and finish the race at the Causeway Bay Typhoon Shelter by 1500 hours.
Masters, coxswains and persons-in-charge of vessels navigating in the vicinity of the race route should proceed with caution, giving practical consideration to the contestants. Compliance with the provisions of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972 is mandatory.
