Ship owners and operators with vessels due to call at Indonesian ports are urged to provide agents with advance notice in light of a full week of holiday scheduled to celebrate Eid Al-Fitr.
This follows the recent addition of some days to the previously scheduled public holiday, bringing the period to 29 April to 6 May.
As the public holiday may delay approvals of permits, customs clearance, etc, plans for calls during this period should be advised before the holiday.
