Construction of subsea pipeline from West of Wong Fa Pai to West of Soko Islands

For approximately two months, construction of subsea pipeline [is being] carried out along the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum) from (A) to (I):
(A) 22° 14.100’N 113° 49.639’E
(B) 22° 13.828’N 113° 49.573’E
(C) 22° 13.550’N 113° 49.616’E
(D) 22° 13.273’N 113° 49.653’E
(E) 22° 12.167’N 113° 49.904’E
(F) 22° 11.808’N 113° 50.034’E
(G) 22° 11.486’N 113° 50.249’E
(H) 22° 11.220’N 113° 50.539’E
(I) 22° 09.434’N 113° 53.002’E

The works [are being] carried out by one special purpose vessel. Three tugboats, one dumb lighter, one flat top barge and two guard boats provide assistance.

A working area of approximately 600 metres around the special purpose vessel is established. Yellow marker buoys fitted with yellow flashing lights and radar reflectors [are] laid to mark the positions of the anchors extending from the special purpose vessel.

The hours of work [are] round-the-clock.

Diving operations will be carried out from time to time during the hours of work.

Vessels engaged in the operations display signals as prescribed in international and local regulations.

Vessels navigating in the vicinity should proceed with caution and keep clear of the works area at slow speed, bearing in mind there are divers working in the area.
