The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has appointed ML Research Consultants Pte Ltd to conduct the Annual Marine Services Survey (AMSS) for marine services conducted within the Port of Singapore in 2021.
The AMSS seeks to gather feedback from shore-based operators (shipping agents and marine terminal/ operation managers) and shipmasters from 14 Mar 2022 to 25 Apr 2022, based on user-experience with marine services within the Port of Singapore in 2021.
The feedback received would assist in enhancing and maintaining a high level of marine services provided to ships in Singapore. Responses in the survey would be kept strictly confidential.
Shore-based operators will be informed about the survey via email. They may also participate in the survey via the following link: https://go.gov.sg/sbo
This Port Marine Notice will be handed to shipmasters by harbour pilots from PSA Marine Pte Ltd. Shipmasters may also participate in the survey via the following link: https://go.gov.sg/master
