Planned increase to port charges

This is to inform you of NSW Ports’ intention to increase port charges at Port Botany with effect from 1 July 2022, whilst continuing: the rebates offer relating to electronic manifests; the Environmental Incentive Scheme; and the Empty Container Incentive Scheme.

This letter also provides notification of our updated standard terms and conditions for channel access and berthing at Port Botany and Port Kembla, which also take effect from 1 July 2022.

[NSW Ports] will apply a CPI based increase of 3.5% for all published port charges at Port Botany, including container and non-container wharfage and site occupation, with effect from 1 July 2022.
