Sohar customs that advised that, with effect from 1 April, vessels calling the port of Sohar to discharge or load must have a pre-customs declaration prior to berthing.
Customers are asked to provide the approximate quantity and cargo value at the time of the vessel nomination in order to issue the provisional Disbursement Account to apply for the non-completed customs declaration.
