Christmas in July? You betcha. Earlier today we covered the festive foodie offerings from Waitrose and Asda, and now it's Tesco's turn!

With Christmas a little over five months away, we couldn't quite believe our eyes when Tesco dropped its range, with everything from Sticky Toffee Cheddar to a Dark Chocolate and Honeycomb Ganache Bar, but we have to admit — it's certainly got us excited for the remaining year ahead.

So, it only felt right we gave you guys a sneak peek into what the supermarket has planned for Christmas...

First up, Tesco has welcomed a variety of brand-new ready-to-serve nibbles, including Steamed Duck and Orange Buns, Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Tacos and a Chicken Fajita Cones. A Delish fave though has to be the supermarket's Sticky Toffee Cheddar Truckle. It's literally a combo of the sharp cheddar cheese and sweet sticky toffee pieces. What's not to love?

As for the main event, there's a whole host of turkey options on offer, but if you fancy trying something a little different this year, there's a Thor's Hammer Beef Joint with Beef Dripping Gravy, a Crackling Porchetta Pork Joint, and even a Slow Cooked Sloe Gin Duck.

For the plant-based people at the table, there's a juicy-looking No-Turkey Crown with Herb & Onion Stuffing, a Mushroom & Chestnut Festive Wreath and a Butternut Wellington with mushroom and herb duxelles.

Tesco Director of Product Development, Breige Donaghy, said of the new range:

“Christmas is on the horizon, and for many that means one thing: festive feasting. Christmas is made up of so many important foodie moments, from the first mince pie and mulled wine, right through to the main event – Christmas dinner itself.

“Here at Tesco, Christmas 2023 started last year and our team of food experts have been hard at work developing, sourcing and trialling hundreds of fabulous products to make those special moments even more magical. We are delighted to finally unveil some of our favourite pieces to the nation.

“From family classics to new innovations, we have options to suit all tastes and all budgets; we can’t wait to hear what people think.”

We'll keep you posted when the new range drops in stores, don't you worry.
