Intellectual property guidance: your thoughts needed
New intellectual property guidance was released by the Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England in late 2025. Receiving feedback to the new guidance is crucial to shape a deeper understanding and inform future policy. If you are responsible for managing intellectual property within your organisation, please give your thoughts. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
